I guided students through the complete UX design process, from initial research and persona development to final prototype delivery. I provided structured feedback on wireframes and interface iterations, particularly for complex government service flows like the MSP form system. Through weekly design critiques and workshops, I supported the team in translating user research insights into actionable design improvements, ultimately helping them deliver a comprehensive healthcare navigation tool for international students in British Columbia.
